Free Gift From The History Channel on Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day Weekend is not over yet! If you've been considering making a purchase from the History Channel's shop, or you want to get a jump start on gift shopping for a History Channel buff, this weekend is the time to do it if you want to get a free gift..

History ChannelWhen your History Channel Shop purchase totals $50 or more and you complete during Labor Day Weekend 2009, they'll include a free gift.

free History Channel cooler

What's the gift? A History Channel cooler (dimensions 8 5/8w X 6 1/2h X 6 3/4d). The retail value of this cooler is $19.95, but its automatically added for free to qualifying orders of $50 or more. So, what constitutes a qualifying order? Your merchandise total has to reach $50 before any sales tax, gift wrapping, shipping & handling or other charges are figured in. If you might have a use for a new cooler (and I personally always find the need for ANOTHER one), start shopping at the History Channel and claim your free cooler now.

As long as you're spending $50 at the History Channel, why not spend $75? Why let a good thing stop with your free cooler? Because, the History Channel Store is offering free standard shipping with purchases totaling $75 or more. Normally, free ground shipping is offered from the History Channel for orders totaling $90 or more, with regular shipping charges ranging from between $4.95 and $11.95.

Regularly a History Channel media (books, DVDs, CDs) order of $75 would charge $4.95 to ship. A non-media order of $75 would run you $11.95 in ground shipping fees.

Total value of deal (History Channel cooler and free shipping) on media orders is $23.95 and for non-media orders is $30.95. Visit Centsible's Summary of how to shop online at the History Channel Shop for more info on shipping policies, deals & coupons and just what you can buy there.
