The idea was generated during a brainstorm session between the owner of freeshipping.org and his wife.

Freeshipping.com has collaborated with nearly 1000 online retailers to get them to all offer free shipping promotions on the same day: a date also being offering to get your gifts delivered on time for Christmas Eve arrival through these merchants. Thats two big questions out of the equation of online shopping in December.
